Captivate - Peru - October 2026

Captivate San Diego will be going to Lima, Peru and partnering with our sister church in the Waters Edge network, Iglesia del Reino.  We will partner with Inglesia del Reino, located in Miraflores, which is in a vibrant and modern area of Lima.  We hope to serve with their youth night on Saturday,, serve at church on Sunday, help with projects around their church building and go with their team and do street evangelism,  We will partner and serve at several churches in Comas (one of the poorest areas in Lima) through feeding outreach, children’s ministry outreaches, home visits, and serve alongside Su Refugio, another ministry we are connected with.. We hope to come alongside other ministries in Lima who serve those who are struggling in some capacity and love them with the love of Jesus and share the message of hope that we carry.  Lima has approximately 12 million people and has a rich history.  It is surrounded by poverty and shanty towns. You will get to experience urban ministry in one of the most influential city centers in South America, as well as ministering and serving in some of the poorest places around the city.  This is a great opportunity for you to go outside our church walls and use your God-given gifts and learn how God can use you to reach others.  You have a beautiful story to share.
