Team Meeting - Team Development & Spiritual Preparation – “Going as One” Required
Potluck lunch, please bring a dish to pass!
At this meeting, we will work on team unity, spiritual disciplines, and servant leadership. We want to strengthen our team bonds and clarify roles on the trip. We will have some team-building exercises, a devotion on Philippians 2:3-4 and will take time to pray over each other! We will also review tangible things such as travel details and packing lists.

Team Meetings - Ministry Planning & Trip Logistics – “Hands and Feet” Required
Potluck lunch, please bring a dish to pass!
We will go over a detailed itinerary and plan what we’ll do while we’re there, but with the why in mind. Outline the week in Lima (Home visits, VBS or sports time, small group devotionals). Assign leadership for devotionals and daily reflections. Review safety, cultural sensitivity, money handling, and photography guidelines. Group prayer for God’s protection and guidance.

We will come together for a time of debrief and sharing about our trip!

- Is there something you feel called to do differently in your faith, your relationships, or your service because of what you experienced?
- What did you learn about God’s character or His heart for people while in Ethiopia?- Was there a moment where you sensed God’s presence or guidance in a special way?
- How did God surprise you on this trip?
- What did you learn about yourself through this experience?
- Did the trip reveal any areas where God is inviting you to trust Him more deeply?
- How did this experience stretch your faith or move you outside your comfort zone?
