The name you enter on this application MUST belong to the person listed at the top of this page. After you apply, you will be led through the steps to apply for other family members as needed.

Family Teams

A separate application is required for EACH family member if you are traveling with someone else in your family. After you submit this application, you will be led through the steps to add additional members to your family and to apply for other family members as needed.

The cost listed on the main trip page is PER PERSON. The $100 application fee is also PER PERSON and will be applied to each person’s fundraising goal.

Please apply for only ONE trip at a time.

If you are not approved for this trip, we will work to find another opportunity for you to consider.
